Nice Product, Review of 5x7 with Cover

By Tim Clarke

Pros

  • Cover + Pencil Included
  • Durable
  • Waterproof

Cons

  • Expensive

Best Uses

  • Anywhere Wet
  • Boating
  • Fishing

Comments about WetNotes:

I used to use a grease pencil/china marker and a small thin sheet of starrboard for taking notes, headings, etc. While I still keep that as a backup, WetNotes are my go-to now.Unlike the grease pencil, I can keep a log for later. But, like the grease pencil, the data can be erased easily. If I know I'm going to be logging notes to keep for a long time, I use my Fisher Space Pen in conjunction with WetNotes. The included pencil works fine, but make sure you have a sharpener as well. The paper is smooth enough, but is quite soft. If you push too hard with your writing instrument, you will tear. The included cover is a nice addition, and makes slipping the notebook in and out of your pocket a smooth task. I like to use the inside as a pocket for business cards and other things while ashore. I would recommend giving it a shot.

    Comments about WetNotes:

I need notes during all sorts of disasters for citizen response team.
I first used the product before on my boat and it was wonderful. So,
I immediately went to buy it again knowing I'd be in all sorts of bad
weather conditions......This would be the perfect and only product that would hold up under those circumstances!!
