Account Management Assistant II

Under general supervision, the Account Management Assistant will provide general assistance to the Account Management Department. This position will provide customer application log-in support, maintain all communication tools utilized by our customers; outlook, fax, phone, e-commerce. The Account Management Assistant works closely with department screeners and Port Supply sales department to ensure customer data accuracy. Other functions include answering phones, responding to customer inquires, and handling other processes as identified to support accurate customer data. This position reports to the Account Management Supervisor.
Must be detail oriented, accurate and have a keen interest in assisting customers. 1 - 2 years prior experience related to customer account activities. This position requires excellent phone and communication skills with a working knowledge of Outlook. Must possess the ability to multi-task and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be a team player, and focus positively on timeliness, quality of work, attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
