You will want to link your West Advantage membership to your online account. This will ensure that you receive credit for your purchases and get the proper number of reward certificates. Linking your membership can be done after Sign In or Create an Account.
Enter your West Advantage member number in the space provided under Already a West Advantage Member? Click Submit. The screen will refresh and display your West Advantage information. Notice that the left hand navigation will now have two new options View your points balance and View / Print Reward Certificates.
If it does not appear that the system was able to link the account give us a call or send an email to wmcustomerservice@westmarine.com.

Basic Certificate Information
We issue certificates quarterly, this means once a quarter we will automatically redeem your points for certificates. You can choose to receive your certificates via the mail or opt-in to view them online. Customers who choose to opt-in to view certificates online will see their certificates 1 to 2 weeks earlier than those sent by mail. Once you have your certificates they can be used online, over the phone or in a store.
West Advantage certificates expire one year from the date they were issued. Lost certificates can be replaced, please call, chat with us online or send an email to wmcustomerservice@westmarine.com.
Viewing your certificates can be done after Sign In or Create an Account. Confirm your online account is linked to your West Advantage membership. Once you are signed in, click View / Print Reward Certificates.
