West Marine’s newest Jupiter Inlet Store, located in Tequesta, Florida will have its Grand Opening this Friday, September 10- Sunday, September 12. Responding to the needs of area boaters, the new Store is more than double the size of the previous location. It’s stocked with over 12,000 square feet of boating equipment, supplies, apparel, marine electronics, and saltwater fishing gear specifically selected for the region. Doors open at 8 a.m. on Friday and festivities continue all weekend with activities, extraordinary discounts and prize giveaways, including $100 West Marine gift card, and more.

Cutting
Mayor Pat Watkins will welcome West Marine to its new location. Watkins will be joined by Police Captain, Rick Ricciardi, Fire Chief, James Weingard, members of the Village Council, representatives from the Palm Beach Sail & Power Squadron, Coast Guard Auxiliary and Greg Reynolds of Lagoon Keepers, West Marine’s charity partner for the Grand Opening.
Legendary angler and International Fishing Hall of Famer, Kay Rybovich will be on deck. At 91 years old, Rybovich was the founder of the International Women’s Fishing Association. Practicing catch-and-release for most of he life, Rybovich helped instill the fish conservation ethic in the IWFA.
