This item has in internal divider to separate the line from the sling. On the first one I ordered, the divider was separated fromn the shell. The WM store ordered a replacement which came in the next week and had the same problem. I did not want to wait another week for a rpelacement.
Thankfully the West Marine store in Seekonk offered to discount the item and provide materials to repair.
I only hope that the West Marine buyers can get their vendor to live up to the same standards as the West Marine employees.

This product did not have rail mounts that suit one and a quarter iinch rails. Only 7/16 - 1 inch. Also strap holding the lid is secured with 2 rivets. One was not properly secured. Otherwise a good product.
