After cleaning my Sunbrella bimini, I used the spray version of this product. Put the bimini back up, and it leaks even with a slight dew. I would hate to see the result in a downpour. Moving on to something else.

As expensive as this product is, it was disappointing to have the sprayer break on about the 10th pull. Similar issues are noted in other reviews, so I have to assume it is a recurring problem. I put the product in a windex bottle for application. Next time, I will apply with a brush. There is too much overspray. This was the same result with the few pumps I got out of the supplied bottle. At this point, I can't say if the product holds up to its claims. This is just to report the application frustrations.

16 ounces will only treat 12 square feet. Better get out your wallet, especially if you have to do this more than once a year.

A canvas maker turned me on to this product. My dodger and bimini are 12 years old. This delays the inevitable replacement by adding a water proofing element. Need to put on every year for best results. Canvas maker told me to use a small paint roller and a paint tray. Pour the liquid in the tray and roll on. Gives much better application than spraying (do not recommend spraying...it does not go on well and you lose product into the wind). The last two seasons I brought my dodger & bimini home and laid out the fabric in the garage on a plastic paint sheet. I applied the 303 heavily with the roller and let it dry overnight. Once it is dry you would never know you put it on (my fabric is midnight blue). I really like this product.

We clean our canvas and then protect it with 303 every year and the canvas does not leak. This is a great product and our friends use it also.
