Smaller than the holders they replaced, but they hold the winch handles well, while making them easier to grab. With three screw holes on top and one on bottom, each holder is both more secure and less in the way than its predecessor, so it is less apt to be torn off its screws by crew movement in the cockpit. The one unknown is whether they are as UV-resistant as claimed. The last pair became unsightly in a hurry.

I replaced an old wench handle pocket that had turned black with old age. Probably installed in 1983. The new one has drilled holes for installation and was easy to install. Quality is good.
