This looks great in the catalogue, but is made of thin relatively flimsy plastic, and comes already somewhat warped in the packaging. For the price, this is certainly not worth the relatively shoddy quality. I usually expect a marine device to be overengineered for the marine environment. I don't feel this measured up, especially considering the price. I sent it back for a refund

Being December in NE it hasn't actually been put to the test but it appears to made of sturdy material and looks like it will hold up well under ocean conditions. It was much larger than I had expected but will still do the trick - finding a place to mount it will be harder but there aren't really many other options.
