Comments about Gluvit Epoxy Waterproof Sealer:
I bought an old 12 ft aluminum V bottom boat for my son's the boat wasn't stored upside down in winters, the frozen water broke the seals and rivets. I used a quart of this Glovit on the main seal and coated all the rivets, both inside and out. I have taken out my boys on two separate occasions and not one drop of water in the boat. I was told this product is designed to flex with the aluminum and not crack and break like other epoxies, I used one from Ace hardware for marine use that's exactly what it did when the boat flexed. I would highly recommend this product, make sure you clean the aluminum first and use sand paper to rough up the surface; I would suggest two coats to be sure.
