I ordered these steps [...] got them delivered to the store for pick up. The associates were very helpful loading the large box into my truck.Once I took the steps out from the packaging I realized the rail purchased did not match the recessed indents on either side of the steps for the 1" tubing of the safety rail.The steps are a good design deep enough for sure footing and non skid. They sport the "West Marine" brand logo and are in a solid color(white)making them look clean and classy.Once we figured out how to attach the mismatched railing they work perfectly for adults and dogs to safely enter and exit our boat. Make sure you order the correct railing, which I recommend due to the height of the 3-step. It's helpful to grab something that's secure to the steps.You may want to purchase extra rubber feet that are larger and stay securely screwed to the bottom of the steps. The very second our steps were assembled one of the feet broke off making the step wobbly on the dock surface. We replaced all the feet for better ones!
