Comments about Air Arch Inflatable Boom Tents:

Overall we are satisfied with the boom tent. Provides excellent shade and plenty of headroom. A variety of tie down straps provide many options for securing the boom tent to the boat. There is also an included pole to prop the center, if using on a boat without a boom. The silver exterior helps reduce the heat. The slots in the stern side of the tent allow threading the topping lift and extending the boom tent to the Bimini.
The air valves used to fill the two arches are free flowing, so you always lose pressure when pulling the pump and inserting the plug, but you can eventually plug it with sufficient pressure to maintain shape. The air pump that comes with the boom tent does the job, but I don't expect it to last more than a month. But it is low volume, you can blow it up directly, or purchase a new pump.
Needs a little more detail in the included instructions, but viewing the video at Ronstan's website did help fill in the gaps.

Comments about Air Arch Inflatable Boom Tents:

First the good, tent works well, seems roubust, and keeps sun, dew, dirt, and rain off the cockpit while at anchor. It performs as advertised, comes down and stows conveniently in a small bag (provided).

On the less than positive, the provided pump is clumsy and of poor quality (mine stopped pumping the second use) so plan on purchasing a decent foot dingy pump with adaptors to fit the valve. Next, the inflate/deflate valves are cheap like the kind found on a air mattress which are hard to get inflated, and allow much of the air to escape before you can close them. Finally, the gate hooks to attach straps to the life lines and shrouds are improperly sized, so the are hard to get over the life lines and harder to get off.
