They work fine at first and then the lights start to fail. I have called them three times and left messages with no response as to a remedy. Can't stand companies that don't help their customers!

Installed pipe lights just over a year ago and one of the lights failed......................one of the filaments broke....guess what.....cant replace the bulb..have to replace the whole thing and as of right now.....I can only find a set.

I was having problems with the factory lights due to corrosion. The regular trailer lights would never work correctly after about three years. I was always having the service them to keep them lit. The new led lights are always out of the water. They also have better visibility due to the height of the lights. I like them a lot.

One of my LEDs failed in less than a year (lost the stop & turn function). The manufacturer gave me some troubleshooting information which I completed. The fault is in the LED module. Now the manufacturer will not respond to my request for a replacement part. I am tearing out the pipe light and going with another supplier. Too bad, the pipe lights look nice but they don't stand behind their product.
