Our previous LIfesling storage bags were made of fabric that quickly deteriorated. This one is made of what seems to be a much more durable material. Time will tell!

The original product should have been made from a quality material such as Sunbrella. I certainly paid enough for my system and shouldn't have to purchase a new bag every few years.

The Lifesling2 storage bag (MFG Part# WMLS2-DXB) is made of a bright blue sunbrella type material and is more durable than the standard vinyl bag (MFG Part# WMLS2-B).
The only negative feedback I have is the color. The bright blue color clashes with the navy blue canvas on my sailboat.
