Perfection Two-Part Polyurethane Paint
Simpler to use then other two-part polyurethane, Perfection has been formulated to enable amateur users to achieve professional quality results with ease on topsides superstructure and decks. Produces a finish with superb color and gloss retention and provides prolonged impact and abrasion protection-even on the highest wear areas. It is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including fuels, mild acids and detergents. May be brushed, rolled, or sprayed over primed fiberglass, wood, aluminum, or steel. Not for use over one-part enamels.
- Base Formulation: Two-part linear polyurethane
- Application Method: Brush, spray, roll & tip
- Number of Coats Recommended: Two/three
- Primer Needed: 404/414 Epoxy Primekote, Model 180570
- Drying Time: To touch: 2 hrs. @73°F
- Drying Time to Recoat: Overcoat: 6-48 hrs@73°F
- Thinner Spray: Reduce 35-40% with 2316N, Model 198598. Brush: 10% maximum reduction with 2333N, Model 19860

Mix with plenty of ventilation.
For brushing be sure to have thinner on hand.
If you only mix a partial amount of paint, store hardener in small air tight container, it will not last and get hard very quickly.
Interlux does sell the A & B components separately, this is my hit with this product and why I will not recommend it.

Used it on a Pearson 26. I got 2 coats out of 1/2 gallon of flag blue. With some left over. Went on perfectly!

I have used this product in the past with great success, however this last batch came out like sand paper and I have not been able to get it rectified.
