Comments about Galleyware Spinnaker Dinnerware:
Unlike the rest of the set, the mugs have no non-skid rings. They also crack fairly quickly, admitting their contents into the insulation space, which is really just air. Expect them to last only about a year. The rest of the set will easily last 5-10 years.

I was disappointed by the coffee mugs because I expected to be able to reheat coffee in the microwave. While other "galley" type cups I have used in the past performed well, these cups got extremely hot in the microwave after heating just long enough to warm the coffee. The plastic handle was so hot it was uncomfortable to hold for several minutes.
I believe you should warn customers in your product write-up they are not suitable for use in a microwave.
