Moor securely with these highly visible buoys

Hard-skin buoys feature a reflective blue band to increase visibility. The mooring chain passes through a PVC tube in the center of these buoys and must be secured to a 4" galvanized O-Ring (Model 201105) or T3C Mooring Collar using an appropriately-sized anchor shackle, all sold separately.
