Hidem trim functions much the same way that a molding does on a wall or floor, but it is stapled or tacked into place.
Hidem is a double cord (side-by-side) trim used to cover raw edges & uneven
spaces where two edges meet. Cords separate in the center to allow tacks or
staples to be used. Cords close over the tacks or staples giving a finished look
to the seam.
