I used the Stainless Hasp along with the Brass lock on my sliding door on my 40' foot trawler.
They will not rust and are maintance free. Can't ask for anything more.

This is a great little lock-hasp setup. You have to take care in lining up the locking mechenism as it has close tolerances.
