Had it on the boat 4 months now not one problem, I had caught 20-30lb stripers off of it,I used my own tools and locktight to install the rod holder

These don't fit aluminum tubing. Even the 1.25" size is too small for 1" aluminum tubing. It's a shame, because with a simple addition of a thinner vinyl insert, they could probably be made to fit nicely.
Only recommended for SS pipe.

Handy to have a rod holder on the forward rails to hold rods when dealing with line and catch or short relocations. Swivel attachment does come loose sometimes and is inconvenient to tighten. Always need a hand when dealing with rods, fish, boat moving, etc and this fits the billet and is good looking and does not rust even after extended use.
