Purchased this product from westmarine on sale. 2 days later lowrance/navionic's offered a seperate rebate, when i applied for rebate it was denied. Navionics blamed w/marine for the error and would not honor their rebate offer. Terrible way to run a company, poor management on Lowrances part, first and last Lowrance product I will buy. If they can't honor and stand by their own offer's.
Service and delivery comments:
Westmarine treated me great as a customer. Wish Lowrance had the same service. Would hate to see what kind of service I would get on a defective product.

I wrote a review it was very negative and it's not posted. Lowrance and west marine contacted me and today a field rep spent few hours on my boat working things out and I am totally satisified now. Unit needed a software update to fix orginal problem which west marine refused to help with before negative review. lowrance contacted me and made good on it. Terry sullivan was great and Steve was too. The 7 inch is only 6.4 inches so think about going to 8 inch unit but price jumps.
