Designed for the angler who fishes mostly calm inland waters, the Snapper 120 gets you and your gear to where the fish are. The stable, efficient hull and large open cockpit offers easy ingress and egress. The Snapper 120 is perfect for introducing newcomers to the sport, yet is still highly satisfying for the more experienced paddler who wants to venture beyond the limits imposed by the typically larger and heavier tandem models available. Comments about Snapper 120 Sit Inside Angler Kayak, Green:
I bought this kayak on a whim just days before taking off on a 1 month solo trip to N. California and Oregon. I brought a lot of toys with me, but this got the most use of them all. Amazingly simple, stable and rugged. The seat is padded and comfy and the pedals are adjustable which helps stay comfortable and stable while paddling. The fishing pole holders make trolling a snap and there is lots of storage space at the feet and in the rear storage area. After shopping around, I felt like this purchase was a great bargain and I would strongly recommend this product!

Bought two for mountain reservior paddling and fishing. They are exactly what we needed them to be; lightweight, stable, functional, and they track exteremely well. Rod holders are conveniently located. Caught a fish first time out. Get a lightweight paddle if you plan to paddle a lot.

Comments about Snapper 120 Sit Inside Angler Kayak, Green:
I use this kayak to fish calm rivers, streams, and small lakes. It is very stable and comfortable,I think I would have to try pretty hard to tip it in those conditions. It is the same hull as the patriot 12.0 but has some added features geared towards fishing. there is some padding on the cockpit combing so you can put the paddle down without to much racket and an anchor trolly which is nice,I added a cleat so I could secure the anchor line but otherwise it's got I think some well thought out features. As far as broken seats, they must have fixed that problem, because I'm the wrong side of 200#,and have not had any issues with it. As stated I'm a beginner at kayaking, and about as graceful as a drunk box turtle, but I get along fine with this boat.

Comments about Snapper 120 Sit Inside Angler Kayak, Green:
When purchased, it was all I expected it to be for the price. Until initial entry into the water; noticed that the seat was flimsy; in only an hour and a half, the two tabs that support the seat in the front had broken making you sit cockeyed, which resulted in difficult manueverability and very uncomfortable; when brought to the attention of the manufacturer and west marine we found that it was a defect that they were aware of the issue and got me another due to the three year warranty.
