I have had two of these and know of another person that had one. They all suffer from a poor battery latch. I had to seal the joint with tape or water would surely enter. Poor choice for salt water environment as screws rust quickly. Microphone cord failed on one unit and the mic was never used off the bracket.
These units have super audio power and clarity.

I have had three of these and I finally learned my lesson. Something in the circuit board failed each time. Look elsewhere
