Comments about License Plate Brackets:
This is a direct fit replacement for license plate holders included with industry standard two-bolt mounted trailer lights.
At highway speeds it is subject to fluttering, which could ultimately weaken the plastic to the point where it may split and the license plate could fall off.
It is perfect for corrosion proof mounting of the license plate, but may not withstand extended road trips year after year.
It was easy to install, but the driver should check the mounting regularly to ensure it is in good condition. I now do this whenever I check tire pressure and bearings (daily) before getting on the road.
