As indicated above the soles literally dried out to the point where the concrete parking area at the marina became ice like. On the boat they were unusable.

My husband tried these on in the store and for the most part really liked them. However, he has a wide foot and that feature seems not to be available. Too bad, otherwise we would buy these.
