Make sure you completely read and follow the instructions, being especially careful about clean-up during and after the application. Allow yourself a good four (4) hours to perform the required tumbling making sure to eliminate any pooling of the product. If done as instructed, your leaks will be sealed ... Mine were !

My inflatable needed to be topped up with air every morning to retain firmness. I followed instructions, being careful to insure there was no water in the tubes. This product appears to be water soluble prior to setting up. I was unable to get the valves out, so I attached a small vinyl tube to the bottle and pushed it into the tubes past the valve. I was concerned about sealing the valve shut, but this did not happen. Per instructions I rotated the boat every 30 minutes for 4 hours. After 2 days, I fully inflated the boat and no more leaks. This stuff works.

Even without the wooden keel installed, spinning an 11' inflatable to coat the chamber inner surfaces is a two person job.

Let me start by saying I was very skeptical of spending this much $ on a small bottle of liquid "miracle'' cure but after a few weeks of trying to run down some small pinhole and seam leaks in my old inflatable I was ready to re-christen it "Patches".

FInally gave in and bought a bottle. Followed the directions and the inflatable has remained drum tight for the last few days, something that was impossible to do prior to the application. Time will tell, but so far so good. I used about 2/3 of the bottle on 2 chambers of a 9' Mercury inflatable so I still have some left for another application or if the 3rd chamber should start to leak.

Short money for the aggravation it's saved, I would have given it 5 stars but still think the price is a bit steep!

I was having issues with the high pressure foil tubes on inflatable going flat after a few days. They are covered in protective PVC so I could not access them to look for leaks with the traditional soapy water technique. After replacing the valves with no luck I decided to try this sealant as a last resort. Poured the sealant through the valve in the open position, added a bit of air to each tube, and rolled the boat every half hour for 4 hours. 2 days later and both tubes are holding air as they should! This sealant is a lifesaver!

Make sure you get any water out of the tubes before using this product. We wasted the first "batch". Also, be prepared to clean up a mess of the product that oozes through porosity. Finally, we were unable to put product in tube without removing the valves--which in and of itself was a bit of a challenge. Took 3-4 applications to finally seal the holes. The good news is that it works and saved an otherwise unusable dinghy.
