Great walk around lighting on my skiff boat for night fishing and I installed them in the berthing area of my sailboat using the red for night time safety visual wired to my navigation lights circuitry.

Comments about LED Companionway Light:
I purchased one of these in white to mount in the cockpit. I have a traveler track running right across the middle of the cockpit, and this is a nice dim light that keeps me from bumping my shins in to it after dark. It also pulls very little power, so I don't have to worry about my battery with it on. The only thing that I didn't like doing was having to drill a fairly large hole for the light, but it beats a surface-mount light in that location.

Comments about LED Companionway Light:
Nice light. You have to drill a big hole so you're stuck with this fixture, though Perko makes identical light, so if quality isn't there, I have an alternative. Biggest complaint is that there are no mounting screws included.

Comments about LED Companionway Light:
Nice little indirect light. I installed red and white next to each other on separate switches. You do have to drill a BIG hole, so you're married to this light fixture. Biggest complaint was that there were no mounting screws included.

Comments about LED Companionway Light:
I purchased these lights to provide some low to medium light directed down into the interior of my boat for night fishing. Got tired of stumbling around in the dark or balancing a flashlight while trying to fish or find something. So far they are working as advertised. They do require a semi-large hole to be drilled for each one, which makes them pretty much permanent, however it is nice to have the flush mount as nothing snags on them. I would recommend them to family and friends.
