Used as directed does not clean well. Must leave sitting on the dirt a while then rinse, and repeat, and repeat, and repeat. Only slightly better then boat soap at cleaning dirty walkways after a day on the water.

Great product! Easy to use: squirt it on, rub it in with a deck brush, then brush and rinse it off. It had my deck looking brand new with minimal effort.

I have never used a more effective non-skid cleaner than this one. I was concerned that being green" would diminish its effectiveness but I was wrong. It took out dirt and stains that other toxic cleaners didn't touch. West Marine hit a home run with this one!"
