Had my WM Men's Captain Tech LS Tee on during the return leg of this year's Sheriff's Cup; caught a good dousing by a set of waves and the wicking properties worked very well. Although the shirt was wet I never feel cold and in the 14 - 17kn breeze it quickly died.
The only improvement I would make is a high zippered neck; this would make wearing a PFD more comfortable on the neck and allow more air in during warm Charleston sails.
Overall: Good performance, quick wicking and VERY comfortable. A great addition to any seabag.

I use this shirt for kayaking and cycling during winter in the San Juan Islands. It is the best all-around top I've found, and doesn't shrink when stuck in a hot clothes drier.
