Great image even in low light. Friend's father-in-law has very expensive binoculars and he said that these have a much clearer image. Very good in lower light conditions and did not fog up when I brought them in from the cold. A little bulky and heavy but that's expected with this quality prisms and lenses. Graticules and compass inset is very handy. A little expensive so I waited until there was a good sale.

We bought these binoculars a few weeks ago and we're really happy with them! We use them on our sailboat. They're very clear, easy to use, not too heavy but nicely constructed, compass has a red light for use at night, water proof, fog proof. Overall they're great binos for the price (on sale for $179!). We looked at others and nothing compares in that price range. Really happy!

Was out on the water in November. Had the binos hanging from my neck. A snow squall came in fast. Used the binos to find any lee. Spotted an island and got the bearing just as the squall hit me. Heavy seas, low freeboard, but that bearing got me to safety. Good stable compass, good optics. Mind you, the lens caps, which are ostensibly attached, will disappear in a strong wind.

I bought these binoculars on sale for $199.99, down from $299.99 and I'm quite impressed. As a novice boater, I wanted a high-quality product. The optics are great, especially the ability to see clearly in low-light conditions. The compass is excellent and the rubber coating protects both the binoculars and any surface they're on. The center focus is also convenient. A flotation strap would make this item perfect.
