Comments about FSR Fiberglass Stain Remover:
I had a dark rust stain on the cockpit floor after winter storage, probably from a roof leak in the storage building. I tried several cleaners which didn't help much. I dabbed the FSR in the spot, and it disappeared while I watched. Fifteen seconds tops.

Comments about FSR Fiberglass Stain Remover:
Applied product with paint brush, allowed to sit 15-20 minutes, then used deck brush with a little detergent to wash down hull & rinsed with water. Had to apply 2nd application on a couple of stubborn spots, but it removed all of the brown river stains off of the boat. Beats the heck out of scrubbing with other compounds.

Comments about FSR Fiberglass Stain Remover:
I do not normally write reviews, but this product is worth the time. A friend told me how great this product was – "just wipe it on the hull with a rag and rinse – and that is it!" He was correct. I applied the product to a hull who's previous owner had not cleaned the bottom in 2-3 years – the FSR made the fiberglass sparkled white again. After 10 days of floating in a river port, I used FSR to clean off the brown water stains/residues and the fiberglass sparkled once again. You do NOT need to scrub with this product, just apply and wash off – it is amazing. I have applied the FSR with a sponge mop and a wash brush. I pour a little FSR into a clean bucket, dip the brush/mop and apply to the entire hull - if you miss a spot you will see it after the hull dries. I like the wash brush application method best as it is easier to get the FSR gel completely around the chimes, through hulls, etc. with a couple quick passes of the brush. The FSR is normally dry after I get all the way around the hull. While probably not necessary, I then give the hull a quick wash/brush with boat soap. A rinse and you are done. It is very easy to remove water stains with this product.

Comments about FSR Fiberglass Stain Remover:
Ive alwasy been a skeptical person when it comes to consumer products, and this time was no different.
I was always taught, "the harder you work, the better results you get" and this time was different.
The harderst part of this whole deal, was getting in my car and driving to west marine to buy it.
It was a simple brush on and wash off process.
I didnt really think that it would get off all the horrible yellow spots that were on the hull, but IT DID and Im a happy person about that.
Looks like new again. Will highly recommend.

This stain remover is awesome for fiberglass bathtubs. It goes from brown to white in less than 30 min with minimal scrubbing! The only down side is that it is messy.

Comments about FSR Fiberglass Stain Remover:
I used the product on a old cabin cruiser I just bought that hadn't been cleaned in years. I applied it around the transom and under drains on rust and other stains. It took out all the stains after several minutes. The gel makes it easy to target the stain and not waste product.

Comments about FSR Fiberglass Stain Remover:
Removed 4-5 years of water stains with a single application.
Due to an injury I wasn't up to hand washing & waxing my boat for 4 years. Dug out a half a container of FSR that was at least 5 yrs old, and used it today. It took my solid white boat back to its original appearance with a single LITE application.
Highly recommend applying with a quality paint brush. Other applicators seem to waist material. I have a 16'4", WIDE beam, DEEP V center console, and can treat my entire outer hull with 1/2 - 2/3 of a 16oz container.
If you wash your boat with a soft brush, or rag before applying FSR there doesn't seem to be any benefit in applying a heavy coat.
Do the boat in sections as you would with wax. This product has to be washed / wiped off after it dries, but if left on for TOO long in the sun it's more difficult to wash off.
A HEAVY coat, or coats of wax should be applied after the stains are removed. If the wax is maintained I normally only need to use this stuff once per year.

Comments about FSR Fiberglass Stain Remover:
FSR makes a tough job of cleaning the jet ski's hull an easy one with great results.
Pros
- Easy to Use
- Fast acting and effective
Cons
- Wear latex gloves
Best Uses
- Below water line
- Tough fiberglass stains
Comments about FSR Fiberglass Stain Remover:
I tried this product on the hull below the water line after my boat was moored for several weeks down in Baja. The yellow stains completely disappeared with FSR. Just wipe it on with a dampened sponge, wait a few seconds, and then rinse away the stains. Amazing stuff, but I would recommend a good wax follow-up after using.
