I had a gift card from my father. This looked like a great deal. [@] sells the same paddle for [$]. I thought for [$] an extra boat hook would be useful. Bad news. Although the second boat hook is pictured West Marine does not include it for this price. You would think that West Marine would offer to pay for shipping on the soon-to-be returned item. You would be wrong. Even though West Marine has placed incorrect images on their website and mislead a good customer into a bad purchase, they do not believe paying for shipping is warranted. The product might be good. I'll find out when I buy it from [@]. As for the gift card. It will be the last money I spend with West Marine until they learn how to honor a good customer.
