These slim new Hi-MOD compression fittings are at least as strong as the rated breaking load of the rigging wire, and they work equally well with right/left hand lay wire. No sealant or packing needed, with special star-shaped crown rings that hold wire strands in place, eliminating akqard "wire end bending." The shallow angled cone establishes a direct mechanical grip on the wire's core and all the outer strands. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, with aluminum/bronze crown rings, they can be taken apart for maintenance and re-used without the need for new parts (provided that no overloading has occurred).
