Dinghy Vectran Double Braid (Price per Foot)
This rope, a scaled-down version of the successful big boat Admiral Vectran, combines minimal stretch with the highest breaking loads. Its impregnated core is securely bonded to the cover. It’s extremely resistant to abrasion and UV light and, in a stripped version, well suited for use in performance racing. Cover: braided polyester; Core: braided Vectran.

I bought this line to replace my racing Sunfish sail ties. This line is strong, nice looking, and easy to work with. I cut to size (10 or 12 inches each) burn the ends, put one thru each mainsail grommet and square knot to spar.
