The large, easy-to-read display of the Sea Data Instrument shows two sets of data at one time – a large primary read-out along with a second smaller data display. These can be quickly changed sing the buttons on the face of the unit whilst additional units can easily be added to a system.
When the Sea Data unit is connected through a WSI box to 52mm or 43mm transducers. The Sea Data instrument will display speed, depth and distance run as well as water temperature where the transducer allows. It also incorporates a start timer and deep and shallow water alarms. With the addition of a wind transducer apparent wind angle, wind speed and true wind angle will also be displayed.
