Blast the grimiest decks clean with one of these durable freshwater/saltwater pumps. Positive-displacement three/four chamber diaphragm design is self-priming up to 6' and can run dry without damage. Feature sealed shutoff switches factory set at 45 PSI and ignition protection. Include 3/4" and 5/8" garden hose adapters.
Pro Blaster features higher capacity and a seamless motor shell for enhanced protection in saltwater environments. Suitable for mounting in wet locations. Include fittings and Blaster spray nozzle.

This pump should not be used as a salt water pump although it says on the outside marine tough. This is the second that has leaked internally and would not recommend the product Spend your money on another brand.

Look! Let's be real. The guy on the video is obviously a salesman or he would not be say the things is saying about this pump. I purchased and installed one of these to replace one just like it. The after a little more than a year the pump still looked new with only a little surface corrosion on the bottom where water had splashed. The thing leaked! It should not have the words "Marine Tough" written on the housing. Mine had corroded on the inside. Shurflo, please do us a favor and remove the words "Marine Tough" from your product. Literally a piece of JUNK!

I use for my freshwater washdown. Its about 6to 7' from the pump and i had an instant prime. It also shuts itself off when your not flowing water which keeps the pump from burning out.

The Shur Flo pump was easy to install and works quitely and efficiently. However, the pump comes with a standard half inch inlet connection and a garden hose adapter outlet connection. The latter isn't compatible in most marine applications which necessitated ordering another Shur Flo proprietary half inch connection. Having to order a connection was both time consuming and costly, making an otherwise simple job a time consuming hassle.
