Comments about #807 Dispensing Syringes:
The syringe is easy to use. It can get a little balky when you go to dispense the epoxy, so pull back a little on the plunger to get it sliding, then push forward to inject the epoxy. Otherwise, the plunger tries to stick a little, and the force required to get it moving will cause you to squirt epoxy all over!
Also, remove the plunger when you are done. Let the epoxy dry, The dry epoxy will slide right out of the syringe.
Comments about West System #807 Dispensing Syringes:
I don't do boats, I do radio controlled model aircraft, the 'giant scale' variety.Epoxy is the adhesive du jour, and particularly for setting control surface hinges. These syringes are the cat's meow for injecting epoxy (or any liquid for that matter) into tight spots, and in my case that is usually the holes where the control surface hinges attach. While disposable, I clean the hinges with denatured alcohol and re-use the things until it is worn out and won't dispense epoxy; bought a dozen five years ago, still have 10.Good product.
