These pump cartridge replacements are cheaper than replacing the whole pump and easier to install. but they only last one or two seasons at best. don't know why they can't make them better quality.

My live well was making a lot of noise. Had the old cartridge for about three seasons. I ordered a replacement. It arrived in a few days and took about 15 minutes to rewire and install. It snapped right in and ran perfectly.
