A dual-function pump eliminates the need for hand pumps and dry-bowl valves. With the push of a button, the self-priming flexible impeller flush pump rinses the bowl as the macerator and high-capacity scavenger pump grinds up waste and pumps it out. Has a built-in back flow preventer. Uses a permanent magnet type motor, fully enclosed, with stainless steel shaft. Includes a heavy-duty pushbutton and 1" to 1-1/2" discharge hose adapter. Easy-to-clean china bowl.

Loud enough to wake the dead. I have become very good at un plugging it. Does not flush very well. Thus it takes quite a long time to do a complete flush so you only have clean water in the bowl. If you don't take the time it will smell. I Have been fighting this beast for two years. Now that it is leaking it is off to the dumpster.

I have had this toilet on the last boat I owned and have used it for the past 16 years. No issues with toilet and its operation. Not ase easy to replace electric motor or joker valve without removing toilet from boat. Otherwise, works as designed but loud when flushing.

Needs a vented loop and additional hoses & wiring to connect, which added cost to the unit. Noisy flushing. Overall, not to difficult to install. The 1" to 1-1/2" adaptor didn't seal too well, I really had to crank down on the hose clamps to get them to seal. I don't really like having the intake hose wrapping around the front of the unit, but only way to install the pump assembly was to the side on our boat. It was hard to find a solid white 5/8" water hose.

I used this for several years before I had to replace the impeller. Doing this is not a easy job and even after I did it leaks a little. Better to take the whole head out, take it to your garage and work on it there than the cramped confines of a boat.

I actually hate this head. It can not handle anything close to real" use... liquids only! Every other week the impeller jams or swells and I have to pull the housing off to coax it into working. I got a replacement kit from manufacturer but found it impossible to remove original impeller."

A good, easy to install electric marine head. Unfortunatly if it is mounted very far above the waterline (as in a houseboat) the dual function pump sometimes has difficulty picking up the prime, and makes a LOT of noise until it does so. Jabsco also makes a quiet flush" model which uses a remote flush pump, which should be much quieter.Also in my mind the 1" discharge fitting is too small. The discharge hose sometimes clogs with waste and paper; I feel the regular 1-1/2" discharge hose would be less troublesome."
