Where the back screws to the front is the achilles heel of this product. The moulded screw tunnels snapped where they become one with the front of the device. Switch is located in an out of the way location and not subject to impact or handling. As I have only one battery this switch was rarely used.

I replaced a guest 3100 with this unit, the 4 position with alt. wire connectors were in different positions from the guest and took many attemts to keep the bare connectors from sticking outside the base or touching each other.I think that I will go with the perk next time.
