I use this as an auxiliary speaker for a Standard Horizon VHF radio. Installation was straight forward and it worked fine. I needed to attach a phono plug to it, which has to be soldered on. Some people may have difficulty with that, although its not required in all installations. Also, in addition to the parts supplied with the product, I needed a fuse holder.
