The extraction screw on this is very light and so with any pressure it breaks off or pulls out of the tool. It's obviously a known issue with the product since the end is designed to be screwed off and replaced. Of course it would have been good to actually complete the job before you had to replace it. If you're buying one of these, I recommend you purchase a replace end...or two.
