But that’s just the beginning because the Simrad NSE Multi-function devices let you add a wide range of high-performance modules and transducers to extend their capabilities to include echo sounder/fishfinder, radar display (including HD Digital radomes or arrays and Broadband 3G™ and 4G™ radomes), AIS transceiver, engine performance display and much more, all accessible from a single screen (additional screens can be added as required) and displayed in the format and combination of your choice. You can also control your Simrad autopilot with your NSE, with no need for a separate controller. These displays support full AP24 and AP28 autopilot integration, eliminating the control head and saving space in tight dashboards or NavPods. And it’s all easy to install thanks to its SimNet/NMEA 2000 compatibility—just plug in the new unit and the NSE will recognize and configure it automatically.
