Comments about Bird Deterring Balloon:

I attached this eye to an old fishing rod using a fishing line swivel which gave it a lot of movement. Not only did the eye rotate but bounced around a lot because the rod was very light action. Alas it blew away after 3 months when the plastic attachment ring pulled out, but hey it was only[$]. My neighbors think it also helped repel birds on their docks about 75-100 ft away. I will get another for this spring/summer
