The NRS Blast Inflator Pump from West Marine quickly inflates my cataraft pontoons. They are 14 ft long and 2 ft in diameter. I am able to inflate these to 1.5 psi in just a few minutes. I can then easily top off the pressure to 2.0 psi or 2.5 psi with my hand pump. I haul the Cat to the river and back in the bed of my pickup with the pontoons off of the frame and deflated. The pump deflates as quickly as it inflates. This alows me to be on and off the river in no time at all.Can't beat the price either!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

this pump kicks butt!!!! i use it to inflate an 18 foot river raft with 20in tubes and it fills all four sections in less than 10 minutes. great for water toys, but top off with a hand or foot pump.
