Fusion’s MS-IP600G marine stereo is a complete media center designed specifically for use on a boat. With an AM/FM receiver, SIRIUS-ready capability and an internal, waterproof compartment to dock your iPod directly into your new stereo, the IP600 gives you access to all the audio content options you could want while aboard.
Made for your boat—not your Bimmer!
Unlike most marine stereos on the market, Fusion’s lineup (including the IP600) was designed specifically for marine use. Ordinarily, stereos on the marine market have undergone a minor facelift—some white, UV-resistant paint, some circuit coating to take a splash or two...—but ultimately, they’re car stereos in disguise. But not with a Fusion. The IP600’s rugged, die cast construction holds up to the saltwater exposure you’re likely to experience on your boat. And its superior marine construction is IPX5 waterproof, too, so you’re sure to have a reliable onboard audio option that will be with you for years to come.Ultimate playlist versatility
Digital music makes perfect sense on a moving boat. You’ll have more playlist options without worrying about skipping tracks, or physical scratches. With the IP600, the same way you’ve probably forgotten about your old 8-Tracks, you can skip dragging your CDs along with you, too. Fusion’s innovative iPod docking system houses your iPod safely inside a waterproof drawer—and charges it the whole time you’re listening—no cables required.Easy, intuitive controls—just like your iPod
You’ll have complete control and access to all iPod functions from the IP600’s easy to use 2.7" dot matrix display. Its intuitive, onscreen interface is virtually identical to the iPod interface itself. Search and sort by song, artist and album name, or use the rapid alpha search.Tailor the sound to multiple locations onboard
Crashing waves, monster wakes and roaring engines—listening to music on your boat isn’t the same as in your car or SUV. The IP600’s independent three-zone audio feature let’s you control the volume separately in up to three different locations on your boat. Set the volume level and manage their settings right from the head unit! So you can listen louder on deck while not blasting your ears below.Pump out more power than most other marine stereos
With a beefy output of 4x70W (280W max), the IP600’s unique Class D amplifier delivers 40% more audio power than competitive units while consuming 40% less electricity.- Functions: AM/FM/Sat. Radio Ready/RDS Aux. in/iPod control
- Watts: 280W (70W x 4)
- Controls: AM/FM & full iPod menu controls on faceplate
- iPod Compatible: Internal iPod dock
- Display Type: 2.7" dot matrix

Comments about MS IP600G TrueMarine Stereo:
I got this unit for Christmas (it was on my list!) and I absolutely love it. I have an older iPod laying around filled with all of my music and I figured this would be easier than trying to get a radio signal or fumbling with CDs. Install was easy, all of the cables are clearly marked, and connecting them to a pair of speakers was so easy. I also got the remote, which is on a 45 degree angle on my center console. Makes scrolling through the iPod easy. The menu layout takes a few minutes to get used to but if I can figure it out, anyone can.
All around great product!

Comments about MS IP600G TrueMarine Stereo:
I bought a new boat it came with an older radio installed but the speakers were not good so I decided to replace it all. I wanted a radio that would play Pandora from my iphone so I was looking for something with an AUX input. I saw this one on display in West Marine and loved the flip down faceplate and how the iphone could just dock right in and be protected. I was hestitant about paying so much for the package but did some shopping around online found a website that had it for [$] with free Fusion speakers so I had to jump on it. I probably saved about $150 by price matching and it's water proof which I wasn't going to buy because of the price so I came out good. The only thing so far that I don't like is I wish it had a built in AUX input so I can play another MP3 player instead of having my iphone closed up the whole time. I know it has the AUX capability but I will have to run another AUX wire which isn't a big deal. The sound quality of the radio sounds good paired with my Fusion speakers. The face plate is kind of hard to take off but I will not be putting that on anymore once I get my center console cover. I think if you can get this below $300 especially with speakers included I say go for it but for [$] just for the unit seems a little high.

I hate bad surprizes ....... Fusion delivers more than what they promise, what a great product. We had an identical system that I installed our our trawler and it performed flawlesslyin harsh conditions and all kinds of weather. We have now purchased an offshore catamaran and I ordered this unit again (we will also get the Sirius options) for our new boat.
Cannot wait to hook it up!
You will not be disapointed,

Comments about MS IP600G TrueMarine Stereo:
I was looking for a quality radio at a fair price that had a good dock for my iPod. Ipod compatibility was paramount since I primarily listen to recorded music. I use this radio mostly enroute and returning from fishing trips. I've had this radio for about 8 months and its been subject to sea condition ranging from calm to rough seas and I've never had any problems. I like the intuitive design, very good sound quality, and an excellent dock for my iPod. The radio looks at home on the console when its flush mounted and I've had no problems with rattling. I highly recommend this radion to anyone looking for an above average radio with iPod dock compatability. Worth every penny!
