Comments about Kevlar Knee Pads:
I tried these instead of the Spinlok ones, just because they had the velcro straps I felt could probably get a great fit. I was very wrong. No matter how you strap them on, they pinch the backs of your knees. Went on one 4 hour race and the backs of my legs were raw by the end. Avoid these things.

Although Gill knee pads offer great protection, they are not comfortable. The straps bind and pinch and make the back of your legs sore.
