Comments about F2 Dual Wheel Trailer Jack:
I purchased this product a year ago and was not impressed with its operation, it required much effort to jack the boat, then the crank dropped off somewhere on the road. This jack may look nice, but it's a waste of money.

Comments about F2 Dual Wheel Trailer Jack:
I purchased the F2 Dual-Wheel Trailer Jack from West Marine here in Crystal River, Florida. The purchase was early last year, I believe around April 2011. I purchased the jack to replace the one that came with my trailer. Everything that was stated in the description about what your product had to offer told me that this is the trailer jack for me. Today the jack imploded on itself. It jammed at the lowest setting and would not bring the trailer up. My son and I had to take it apart to see what the problem was. First of all the was NO LUBRICATION ON THE WORM SCREW. Needless to say, it was covered in brown dust (corrosion). The jack had jammed at it lowest setting because the race that held the ball-bearings in place had totally corroded away... the ball-bearings fell down the internal housing of the jack and bound the lifting mechanism from moving. I believe the damage was caused by zero lubrication in the internal workings of the device. Unfortunately, I am disabled, so this is quite a burden for me to hook my boat trailer to my tow vehicle with a broken trailer jack.
Pros
- Durable, corrosion resistant
- Looks Easy to Install
Cons
- Doesn't fit my trailer
Best Uses
- Standard Trailers
Comments about F2 Dual Wheel Trailer Jack:
Looked nice and looked very easy to install, but I had to return it because it did not fit my trailer. The trailer tongue chassis is 5" thick and the supplied mount could not accommodate the same.
Service and delivery comments:
Packing was adequate and nice.

Comments about F2 Dual Wheel Trailer Jack:
Just after one-year old, cheap plastic pull pen broke. Can still use the jack with a pliers, but not sure I would purchase another one.

Comments about F2 Dual Wheel Trailer Jack:
the upper gear casing is plastic and the handle gear is held by plastic. the plastic broke less than one year after purchasing. Unless i can find a replacement part, i will purchase a less expensive jack.
Pros
- Better than standard equipment
Cons
- Not rugged enough
- Not worth the money

Comments about F2 Dual Wheel Trailer Jack:
Bolts up easy and dual wheels much better than single. Cranks easy. Wheels wear easily and handle fell off on the hwy so jack is now useless.
Pros
- Aluminum-no rust
Cons
- Not rugged enough
- Not worth the money

Comments about F2 Dual Wheel Trailer Jack:
Since I boat in the gulf, I wanted aluminum or stainless steel to avoid corrosion. Within 10 months the gear mechanism stripped. I contacted Fulton and they sent replacement gears that I had to install. Now about 18 months later they failed. My boat is a 20 foot cuddy and weighs only 2500. I might have expected this from a $30 jack but not [$].
Pros
- Better than standard equipment
Cons
- Fell apart
- Not rugged enough
- Not worth the money

Comments about F2 Dual Wheel Trailer Jack:
Very nice looking jack. Stable and strong when working. But that is where it ends. Interior gears are so cheap that the main gear broke in half after two years use. Handle fell off after one year, but I was able to re-attach it. This jack is not worth the money, it won't last. It does look very nice, though.
Pros
- Safe and secure
- Worked for the summer
Cons
- Internal parts- plastic
- Not rugged enough
- Not worth the money
- Rust, corrosion
Best Uses
- Just for storage
- Long distance towing
Comments about F2 Dual Wheel Trailer Jack:
I bought this in june of '11 and installed very easily. I loved the fact that it would rotate and lock into place while traveling. The problem- The top handle shaft is held together by a plastic ring on either side of the top mount. Over the winter, the boat was kept in a garage and this past weekend, march '12, I went to uncrank it down onto my hitch and the plastic rings snapped. I think since the entire thing was built rugged they should have made metal ball bearing or a pillar block bearing on either side of the shaft. Its very poor that the main strain on the shaft of the handle is held together by plastic.
