Second one I've bought, first one has been in use 6 years ona freshwater boat and still works fine. Appears to be all stainless, so it's properly designed for any harsh boat use.

I needed to retrofit an existing unit. With some modification of the opening, this product slipped right in. The silver looks nice and I like the black cover, a nice upgrade!
I can see know good reason for the way this product has been designed, it should be removed from sale as it is too easy for it to short out if these tabs are not perfectly aligned during installation!If you buy this make sure you cut off the tabs to avoid a short!
A much nicer product than anything I found at auto stores or RV dealers.
