316 stainless movable cleats mount on all aluminum toe rails or 1-1/4" track and fold out of the way when not in use. A new folding triangle bail mounts on toe rail for attaching snatch blocks snap shackles, or lines.

- All are padded to protect the rail or track and prevent rattles
