These are very rugged, strong, confortable boating or water activity shoes. I have sliped on boat floors at times when very wet and think the manufacturer can improve the soles for that reason. I have owned these shoes for almost a year now and still have the same comfort level as when new. Also they are still are very new looking. With all the the salt water they take two to three days a week, i find these are close to the perfect boating sandle and a good value. I still gave the sandle five stars and if the manufacturer improves the soles and some how makes the strap easy to open. I would call the shoes perfect.

These are absolutely the best sandals I've ever found. They have great arch support, don't chafe, don't slip or leave marks on deck, don't get stinky in the tropics. They have three different adjustments (two velcro, one bungie) so it is easy to adjust them for comfort. After one year of nearly continuous use, they still work great.
